UK Shipping:
Allow units between 5-10 Working Days.
During our busy seasons expect units to be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. (Only with our custom wigs). 

All customers will be kept up-to-date on each individual order.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the day of order. Shipping & Delivery is between 5-10 working days on our custom colour wigs.

Some of the Units will be ready to ship therefore, this information will be visible in the description with estimated processing and delivery date.

If however, you require assistance or need to speak to our team on shipping and delivery. We offer a special service for express processing and delivery at an extra cost. This service guarantees you receive your hair in time. If you require this service email our team with your requirements or contact us directly via our Instagram account.
 

RETURNS

ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION IS AN INDICATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY.
IN RESPECT OF ORDERS DELIVERED TO YOU USING ONE OF OUR THIRD PARTY COURIERS:
(I) ALL RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCTS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL ONCE THE ORDER IS DISPATCHED FROM OUR PREMISES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS MADE BY THE COURIERS. EACH ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS IS INSPECTED BY OUR TEAM AND IMAGES ARE TAKEN OF HOW THE PRODUCT & PACKAGE LOOKS BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED. THESE IMAGES ARE AVAILABLE AT YOUR REQUEST TO AVOID ANY SUSPICIONS ON OUR BEHALF AND TO COVER OURSELVES FROM FRAUDULENT CLAIMS.

(II) WE DO NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE & IT IS AT THE CUSTOMERS OWN RISK UPON CONFIRMATION/ ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS OF SUPPLY.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF IMPORT RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN GOODS OR MATERIALS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

(III) DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS, WE STOCK NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. IN AN UNLIKELY CASE YOUR RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT, YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO REPORT THE ISSUE TO OUR TEAM & HAVE THEM INVESTIGATE. IF THE PRODUCT IS, IN FACT, FAULTY, OUR TEAM WILL RECTIFY THE ISSUE, PROVIDING THE UNIT IS UNTAMPERED WITH AND IN THE SAME CONDITION CUSTOMER RECEIVED IT. IT IS AT OUR DISCRETION WHAT CAUSE OF ACTION TO TAKE, AND TO CONSIDER FACTORS SURROUNDING EACH CASE. WE OFFER A 48 HOUR WINDOW TO RAISE AN ISSUE AND RETURN THE WIG BACK TO US. ANY DELAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR TAKEN SERIOUSLY DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS. NO LACE TO BE CUT OFF, HAIR STRAIGHTENED OR STYLED ANY DIFFERENTLY TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE.

**PLEASE BEWARE THAT SOME OF OUR UNITS SUCH AS THE FRONTAL UNITS WILL RETAIN PRODUCT RESIDUE DUE TO CUSTOMISING. THIS RESIDUE IS DUE TO STYLING PRODUCTS I.E. WAX STICK & VOLUME STYLING POWDER.** 

WE WILL NEED TO SEE PROOF OF DAMAGE OR FAULT & AN EXCHANGE OR GIFT CARD WILL BE ISSUED, PROVIDING THE LACE IS INTACT, NO PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN APPLIED, NO ALTERATIONS, COLOUR, OR ANY CHANGE TO THE PRODUCT.
FOR OUR SEALED PRODUCTS NO EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN OPENED OR USED.

WE DO ADVISE YOU THOROUGHLY CHECK THE PRODUCTS WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME LIMIT ANY REPORTS THEREAFTER WILL BE DISREGARDED AS FRAUDULENT CLAIMS. OUR TEAM ALWAYS AIMS TO DELIVER OUR PRODUCTS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
